Liz Bayley Physio
I am a specialist dance and sports physiotherapist with a particular interest in the foot and ankle. I’m also a psychology graduate, former professional dancer, and equipment Pilates instructor.
I am currently a senior physio with professional performers in the West End of London, and have worked on such shows as Wicked, Wizard of Oz, Shrek, Matilda, and The Lion King. I’m also lucky enough to be one of the physios at the world renowned ‘Trinity Laban’ in Southeast London.
My practice is friendly, honest, and evidence-based, meaning it is both up-to-date and science-focused. I tailor treatment plans for every patient, taking their individual needs and circumstances into account, giving them the best chance possible at overcoming an injury or painful condition.
