I am a specialist dance and sports physiotherapist with a particular interest in the foot and ankle. I’m also a psychology graduate, former professional dancer, equipment Pilates instructor, and international teacher and speaker. I currently work with professional performers in the West End of London, and have been the physio on shows such as ‘Wicked’, ‘Wizard of Oz’, ‘Shrek’, ‘Matilda’, and ‘The Lion King’, where I was head physio for 3 years. I’m also lucky enough to be one of the senior physios at the world renowned ‘Trinity Laban’ in Southeast London. Outside of dance, I have worked with Middlesbrough Football club, players from the UAE Pro League, and the National Basketball Association in the USA.

My practice is friendly, honest, and evidence-based, meaning it is both up-to-date and science-focused. I tailor treatment plans for every patient, taking their individual needs and circumstances into account, giving them the best chance possible at overcoming an injury or painful condition.
